Step 1: Set up your Uber Health account
To arrange rides, you'll first need to create an Uber Health account.
How to create your Uber Health account
After signing the Terms of Service, work with your Account Manager on these steps to set up your account.
1. Verify your email
Verify your work email address to activate your Uber Health account. When prompted to "Set up programmes" click "SKIP" at the bottom. Yes – even SKIP the healthcare option!
2. Add a payment method
Add a corporate credit card for your monthly bills. Your card won't be charged until the 8th of the month after your first trip, but you may see a temporary authorisation hold.
3. Enrol in monthly billing
To protect rider privacy, Uber Health bills rides monthly so they're not processed individually. You'll receive an email statement with your total bill on the 1st of the month that will be automatically deducted from your linked credit card. You can download a breakdown of the ride details from your Uber Health dashboard.
To set up monthly billing, click through until you get to the Admin Dashboard and click Billing on the left-hand menu. There, click "Submit a request for monthly billing".
Once your billing is set up, you can customise who receives monthly statements.
4. Work with your account manager for final approval
Once your monthly billing application is approved, your Uber Health account manager will approve your account and let you know when it's ready to be used!
